Our attorneys’ experience as legislative, executive, and administrative lobbyists spans over three decades. We have successfully co-drafted and lobbied for the passage of numerous pieces of legislation as well as proposed and achieved adoption of revised agency regulations on behalf of several different clients.

What We Can Do

We advocate with legislative groups, regulatory agencies, consumer boards, and more on behalf of our clients. We can also serve as a point of contact for external and internal communications when dealing with highly sensitive matters. We understand the professionalism and the understanding of the process required when working with state leadership and other entities.

A Variety of Representation

The diverse clients Sinapi Law Associates, Ltd. has served include the local chapter of the ACLU, a home inspector’s association, and numerous construction industry trades, companies, and associations. Attorney Richard Sinapi, specifically, was listed as one of the top construction industry and trades lobbyist by Go Local Prov. (#7 Construction Industry and Building Trades Unions).
